TAND tỉnh Lâm Đồng vừa mở phiên sơ thẩm lưu động tại huyện Đạ Tẻh để xét xử Nguyễn Văn Hận (49 tuổi, trú xã Mỹ Đức, huyện Đạ Tẻh) về tội hiếp dâm trẻ em và đã tuyên phạt bị cáo này mức án chung thân.

Theo cáo trạng, từ tháng 12-2015 đến tháng 1-2016, Hận đã dụ dỗ bằng cách cho tiền (10.000-20.000 đồng/lần) và cả đe dọa để thực hiện hành vi hiếp dâm nhiều lần đối với cháu N. và cháu P. Cả hai cháu này đều chưa đủ 13 tuổi.
Ngoài việc xâm hại cháu N. và cháu P., Hận còn có hành vi sàm sỡ với cháu T. (13 tuổi, là bạn học của hai cháu trên).
